Today I had my appointment at the Prefecture to renew my visa, and let’s just say I’m feeling particularly French today. Enter “Ta Marinière” by Hoshi. I love this song so much. I love the driving beat of it and the wonderfully defiant tone. And I especially love the language of it. A language that I hope will one day feel as familiar to me as my native tongue.
