I happened upon this dance company from South Korea while reading an article about an entirely unrelated topic. But the concept behind Judo, a piece exploring the theory that violence is a human instinct that needs to be constantly released, intrigued me, and I wanted to know more. Especially after I watched the trailer. The physicality of this piece is astonishing, even in trailer form, and I now very much want to see the full version. I tried to find it online, but sadly, I was not successful. I will just have to hope that the Bereishit Dance Company will find its way to Paris sometime soon. Or I could go back to Korea. Either works.
