Today’s daily helping is yet another rec (thank you and please keep them coming!), and this time around it was a rec for a street artist from India, Baadal Nanjundaswamy, who is both artist and activist. His most popular works are his 3D works that highlight the road conditions in and around Bangalore and Mysore. And I can see why they are so popular. They are visually beautiful and socially on point. I particularly like the pieces with mermaids. Yes. Mermaids.
Unfortunately, to date, I’ve only enjoyed this artist’s works online. But I’m hopeful that one day I’ll get to see them in person. My travel list just keeps growing!
